Founder of Kaptyn, Andrew built the company from the nation’s leading fleet-management software — delivered to 100% of the Las Vegas market — into the Fleet-as-a-Service platform transforming luxury ground travel, becoming the first approved vendor of New York City’s Vision Zero initiative along the way. He has led the company through its Series B with Top Tier Capital Partners, expansion into Los Angeles and Miami with partners including Uber and Tesla, and the build-out of Kaptyn’s connected ground-travel API for travel management companies. A Division 1 baseball alum of Monmouth University and father of three, he coaches little league when he isn’t building the platform.

A key technology leader at Kaptyn for more than 18 years, Chris guides the company’s technology strategy, engineering organization, and the evolution of its products and platforms. His deep transportation-industry expertise bridges long-term business objectives with practical engineering — building high-performing teams and delivering the reliable, scalable systems behind every Kaptyn ride.

Tiffany Rogers

Chief Financial Officer

A finance leader who builds as much as she governs, Tiffany leads Kaptyn’s financial strategy and capital planning, partnering with the CEO on operations. She has raised more than $190MM in growth capital across her career, served as Google’s Northeast Region Finance Director, and led finance for Tishman Speyer’s $20B portfolio — including Rockefeller Center’s most public-facing operations. She holds an MBA in Finance and is an appointed member of CHIEF.
